Abstract

Climate variability presents significant challenges to global food security. This study proposes a Machine Learning framework using Random Forest and LSTM neural networks to predict crop yield fluctuations under varying climate scenarios. Using historical weather data and crop yields from 2000 to 2025 across 50 regions, our models achieved an R-squared value of 0.89, outperforming traditional statistical regression models by 14%. These findings highlight the potential of AI-driven forecasting in agricultural planning.
